  We recently had an appalling experience at this garage. Having found a car that we were interested in at this garage we drove over 40 miles to hopefully purchase it. When we arrived a salesperson called 'Brittany' approached us in tears as she had just had some personal bad news. She also told us the car was out on loan and not physically at the garage and couldn't tell us when it would be returning! We were upset as they assured us the car was there before we set off. Brittany also told us she should have rung us and told us before we made the journey but she 'was too distraught with her bad news' ! She did however offer to find another car similar to the one we were hoping to purchase for us to have a test drive. We waited outside for at least 25mins and she didnt return....we left! She then rang us apologising it took so long, as there were other cars in the way. When we got home my husband wrote a review on trust pilot, he has just received an email from trust pilot to say the garage deny that we ever visited them and we have made false accusations! To say we are annoyed is an under statement. We are being accused of lying, what would have been wrong with the garage apologising and saying on this occasion they let us down! Disgraceful behaviour from Farnell's they have no integrity deal with them at your peril!
